Feedback by Company Value

At SkyHR, we believe great company culture isn’t built in boardrooms, it’s built in the everyday moments where people recognise and thank each other for living shared values.

That’s why we’ve upgraded the Employee Feedback page with a fresh new way to explore and understand your feedback data.

What’s new

Previously, your feedback screen showed two columns:

• Feedback Received: messages sent to the employee, with who sent them, when, and which company value it related to.
• Feedback Given: feedback they’ve shared with others.

That’s still there, but now each of those sections has a second tab: “By Value.”

In this new tab, you’ll see a breakdown of all the company values that have been referenced in feedback, alongside:

• The number of times each value has been mentioned, and
• A progress bar showing what percentage of total feedback relates to that value.

It’s a simple addition that tells a powerful story: Which values are thriving, which could use more attention, and how culture is being lived across your team.

Why it matters

This change helps you go beyond individual recognition and see your culture in action. You can quickly spot which company values are getting the most recognition and where you might want to encourage more visibility or conversation.

For example, maybe “Teamwork” and “Innovation” are lighting up the charts, but “Accountability” is rarely mentioned. That’s not a report card, it’s an insight into what your culture currently celebrates, and where you can focus next.

Managers can use this view to bring real data into one-to-one meetings or team sessions:

“We’ve seen loads of feedback around collaboration this month. Let’s talk about how we can keep that momentum going.”

A little more clarity. A lot more meaning.
