Introducing Employee Feedback in SkyHR

Everyone loves a little recognition. A few words of encouragement can brighten a colleague’s day, build stronger teams, and create a culture where people feel valued. On the flip side, constructive feedback helps colleagues grow and keeps everyone moving in the same direction. That’s why feedback is so powerful in the workplace, and why we’re excited to introduce our brand-new Employee Feedback feature in SkyHR.

With feedback built into SkyHR, sharing thoughts with your team is now quick, easy, and connected to the bigger picture. Whether it’s praising someone for living a company value or giving them pointers to improve, you can do it all right inside the platform.

What To Expect

Every employee now has a Feedback section on their record. This is your hub for feedback. From here, you can see all the feedback you’ve received, alongside the feedback you’ve given to others.

Want input on something specific? You can request feedback from a teammate, and even give them a prompt to help them get started.

You can also link your request to one of your company values, making it clear how their feedback connects to the culture you’re building.

Giving feedback is just as straightforward. You can share your thoughts from an employee’s record or directly from the company directory. When you’re writing feedback, you can also choose to tie it to a company value if it fits.

If someone has requested feedback from you, you’ll see it pop up on your Workspace home page or in your own Feedback section. You’ll be shown the prompt they set, and if they linked a value, you’ll see that too. If not, you’ll even have the chance to pick a value yourself.
