From onboarding onwards, new team members see what your company stands for – not just what their job description says. It helps people feel part of something bigger.

When your values are front and centre, they don’t get lost in dusty handbooks. They become part of everyday decisions, conversations, and behaviours.
A Foundation for Future Features
This isn’t a standalone update – it’s the beginning of something bigger. Over the next few weeks and months, we’ll be rolling out:
- Value-aligned goal setting
- Feedback and recognition tied to company values
- Culture dashboards to track alignment

How It Works
- Go to Manage → Mission and Values
- Add a mission statement (keep it human and inspiring)
- Define your core values, each with a short explanation of what they look like in action
- These will now appear on your team’s SkyHR home screen
It’s a lightweight way to bring your culture into focus – without adding complexity.
